Free acne skin care products and home remedy for acne

Although steaming session needs no special expertise, one should be careful in certain aspects like- using it not more than twice in a week, as excess steam can lead to drying of pores, due to loss of moisture. This will lead to excess oil production, which will lead to acne again. One should not take too intense steam, as it can burn the skin. Similarly people who are asthmatic and people with breathing problems should be careful of additional ingredients like turmeric and others.
It is still unknown how acne forms into the different acne types. What science can tell us right now is that when the sebaceous glands produce excess sebum (oil), it can mix with the dead skin cells and dirt in the skin. This mixture becomes a breeding ground for bacteria. The dead skin cells, dirt and sebum clog up the skin pores. They the manifest themselves as reddish blemish on the skin surface, and this is what we know as acne.
Once I started really diving into acne education, I learned what works and what doesn't. It's amazing how many misconceptions about skin care are spread throughout the media. For instance, when my acne was bad, I attributed it to my oily skin. To combat this I would wash my face 3 or 4 times a day. As soon as my skin felt oily again, I would run to the bathroom and wash it with my foam cleanser - BIG MISTAKE!
